Give a perfect vista look for Windows Xp, Xp2, Windows 2000

Many of us still think Vista is too Expensive and of course it is. Another bad thing about Vista is the compatibility. So, why not just turn our Windows XP into Vista.

“Vista has a bunch of new features over XP, especially the Windows Aero and 3D flip. Vista is all about these two things. But Everything else is like XP, and XP is also much faster than Vista. So I got rid of Windows Vista. But I really missed the Aero effect.”

After a month I figured how to turn my Windows XP in Windows Vista. It looked so much similar to Vista that my brother got confused so did everybody else who saw it. Here are the screen shots of my Windows XP PC which look like Vista...

Follow these Steps to get Vist look

Download patcher
---> First you need to patch Uxtheme.dll, because the themes won’t work if you have not patched it.Patcher change your uxtheme.dll on Windows XP patcher will allow you to use any 3rd party msstyle theme on Windows XP/SP1/SP2 or Windows Server 2003 (with Themes enabled) just by patching the uxtheme.dll (dynamic link library).It's quite disappointment that 4.0 which claimed it should work on x64 OS but it didn't work. This time it wouldn't disappoint you since I tested the method and it can finally by-pass 32-bit redirection system. Grab the world first 32-bit patcher that works on x64 OS today! Download this patcher from left menu.

Vista like “Taskbar Screenshot Utility”
--->download Vista Task Tips and install it. After you have installed it, You can resize the screen shot of open windows by scrolling the mouse wheel up or down.. Now when you hover a open window in Taskbar, it shows you a screenshot of it. For the Aero Effect use this. And for 3D flip use Winplosion.Download them from left menu

Download theme
--->Next thing you need to do is to find a good theme.You can download it from left menu.When you have downloaded the Desired theme, Unzip it and copy it to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes.

Download Vista wallpaper
--->Now you need to download a nice vista wallpaper to have a compleat vista look.You can download it from Google Serch site..

Download Vista sound
--->Now download the vista sounds and Unzip/Copy the to C:\WINDOWS\MEDIA folder. Goto Windows Control panel >> Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices >> Sounds and change the sound for respective events.Download it from left menu

Download Vista sidebar
--->Now download the vista sidebar and intall it.Its a nice bar which will show right side of ur computer screen.See a screenshoot at the left side menu..Download it from left menu

Download Vista start
--->Now download the vista start to give your computer's start menu same like vista start menu..Download it from left menu

Download Vista cursor and icon
--->Now download the vista cursor and icon to get visual look like original vista..Download it from left menu
